Outside the shop is a second 500 gallon buried propane tank. The gas provides heat to the building and fires up the instant hot water system. I designed the water lines to the hose connections to allow me to adjust the temperature of the water. Those old bugs sure come off a lot easier with warm water! And the tires come clean in a hurry, too. I can wash the coach warm and cozy on the inside--even in 15 degree temperature outside! That's my new 42 foot Country Coach Unit above. I pulled in towing my full size SUV and can still close the doors! With the shop less than a minute from the house, it is so convenient. I can wash the rv one night and wax it the next morning. I have never winterized my coach, as the building stays nice and warm all the time. The doors have deadbolts and there are motion light sensors at both entrances, and along the downside, and the neighbors watch after it while I'm gone. Note: shop tools, ladders, cleaning equipment, etc. are not included. |
