As you come along Coffey Circle you bear off on the far side of the building down a gentle cement slope.

Each end of the building has a motorized remote controlled 20 foot by 14 foot rolled insulation door.

You can enter the building while still towing your toad as it is 75 feet long by 30 feet wide or 2250 square feet

As you leave you pull directly toward the pole with the driveway mirror and make a hard left across the parking lot. Then pull up along side the building to hitch & go.

If you have guest coach they can park on the asphalt. There is external 50 amp plug on the right corner of the building and water valve. Sewer cleanup is about twenty feet down along the side of the building.

It's about forty steps from the house to the building up the sidewalk which has accent lighting.

Building has motion lights on both ends and middle, and manual booster lights as well.
